Collaborative project with Hyunsoo Cho [Pratt SOA 2023] responding to the vulnerability of the Rockaways in the event of a natural disaster. In ideal conditions, the space acts as a community center for bike-sharing and repair, while hurricane conditions transform it into a refuge for residents of low-lying properties.
